It's a fungal infection, it requires proper antifungal therapy for 4 to 6 weeks,avoid using steroids creams from the medical shops and keep the areas dry, avoid tight clothing,wear cotton clothes ,avoid using soaps In infected area.For further queries feel free to ask and for antifungal prescription consult me through private online practo consultation.
