Prescribing medication without clinical evaluation is not suggested. There are many over the counter drugs available in medical shops to cater to your needs. When in pain, it's best to consult dentist at the earliest and get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. There are many painkillers available, from paracetamol to diclofenac, aceclofenac, tramadol, ketorolac etc. But without judging the condition taking pills is sometimes dangerous. Also you may need antibiotics.

C tooth pain is to evaluated whether its pulpal or periodontal in origin , for that u need to visit a dentist or make a videoconsult . Post ur picks on my personal chat so that I can help u out .meanwhile take take Ketorol Dt 1 tab 3 times a day . U may also require an antibiotic but for that u need to consult. No self medication.
