I get sexual thoughts like i should go and do sexual act for ex today i watch my sister pic i get thoughts like i should go and do some sexual act with her pic know i am donnot know tht i really did it or not my doctor said i should know if i really have done if i donnot know it means i didnot done it

There is possibility of you getting these repeated sexual thoughts which you are not able to control and resist and also know these thoughts are useless , but can't stop and also get tensed because of it.this is usually in a condition called OCD which is very common and affects 1 in 4 persons.it occurs due to chemical changes in the brain and is treatable with medications and counselling.
