Pleumorphic adenoma
Hi. A friend had been diagnosed with Pleumorphic Adenoma in 2016. He has been undergoing homeopathy treatment for the same as some doctor said there is a risk of facial nerve injury during surgical removal of tumour. Although the tumour is very small and has not increased in size since then..how serious can it get in long term  and what is the best treatment in such condition???

With increase in duration, size pleomorphic adenoma which is a benign tumour may get converted into carcinoma-ex- pleomorphic adenoma , a type of cancer

Best treatment is surgery. It wil increase in size with time and will definitely involve facial nerve and can turn Into cancer. The minor risk of facial nerve injury will become a reality if u delay surgery

Have you done a FNAC from swelling.. Have you done ultrasound or mri to note swelling growth...
