Hy mng Sir i have uclers in my tongue downside and one uclers in lower lip and one on upper lip one in side of cheek, tell me remedies which they correct

Hi sir...   ulcer is the break or discontinuity of oral epithelium.... causes of ulcer:   **stress and anxiety   **vit B12 deficiency   **Irritation from sharp objects   **Genetic factor   **viral infections   **Gastric cause(GERD, gastric ulcers)

Apply hexigel or dologel to the affected area several times a day. You can apply 5-10 mins before food so you can eat comfortably. Avoid hot and spicy and very hard food. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet for 2-3 weeks

Firstly try to apply dologel two to three times in a day. Avoid spicy food. Dont spit for half an hour once u apply the gel
