Polycystic ovary not clear yet if pos

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had an internal ultrasound 8dpo with a polycystic ovary and a coprus luteum cyst, no symptom of POS yet but no blood work tested, bbt charting ovulating normally depending on temperature rise... any concern ? We are TTC
