I was in severe anxiety from almost 5 years but devloped palpitations from 2 years till last three months I used have nerve sensation in back of heads and heart palpitations in some intervals since last three months i have started jogging and healthy diet from then I feel 65% gradual decrease in my palpitations but I feel them with less severity like when approaching people or anything like(Going out, or before going to meet someone) in these incidents i get heart palpitations, I want to get rid of complete problem and I want to improve my cardiovascular health more, I still jog everyday and eating healthy please suggest me I want to completely get rid of fear and heart palpitations
