Popping noises
After total hysterectomy in Dec 2019 I felt popping noises in wrist and neck.Which is the right treatment (medicine or message or exercise )?

Just noises of poping or pain too? Just noises then can safely massage. Thanks

The popping noise may be associated with friction between the joint surfaces in wrist and neck joints.. Very less likely to be associated with the previous surgery.. Do you have any complaints of pain of difficulty in movements at those joints..
Next Steps
I will suggest you st start with hot fomentation, apply analgesic ointment for pain relief, take calcium and vit d supplements, analgesic tablet if pain is significant..
Health Tips
You can do wrist and neck movement exercises. You can also start physiotherapy.. Avoid heavy work involving these joints..
