Popping sound in ear
I am 30 year old female. From last few days I hear a sound in my left ear whenever I chew. I feel a little fullness in my ear but no pain. (My ear is free from earwax). What should I do?

The sound may originate from ear due to collection of fluid in middle ear (OME) or due to ET dysfunction or due to TM joint dysfunction. You should see a good ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and management.
