Possible infected mosquito bite??

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I've had this mosquito bite for about 2 days, just today I noticed it has a yellow cap around it. It's not leaking anything though- it's just painful to the touch and is red. Very itchy even with the use of hydrocortisone cream. All of my other ones are the usual red with itching that goes away with cream. What is it?
