Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... Your pain could be due to nerve compression.
Next Steps
You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Avoid bending activities and weight lifting. Avoid frequent staircase climbing. Maintain correct posture while working.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Radiating pain in thigh and calf could most probably be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve impingement. A proper consultation with an orthopaedic or physiotherapist would further confirm your diagnosis. Also it would be advisable to get your Vitamin D3 and B12 levels checked as it could also be a cause for pain.
Next Steps
Online or in person consultation with a doctor. Physiotherapy exercise program post confirmation of diagnosis.
Health Tips
Ergonomic modifications and back care. Regular physiotherapy exercises for pain relief. Postural correction to relieve symptoms.

Hard to say for sure if it is a pinched nerve but as suggested earlier could be misalligned pelvis, or sacroiliatis, piriformis syndrome. All 4 could could bring on buttock and slight referral pain. Vit D3 and B12 deficiency(mainly Vit D3) could bring on general aches, pain and stiffness. We need to do a proper assessment to diagnose the issue
Next Steps
Sitting: please take a break every 40 mins as ur disc loading would reduce sit properly....a physiotherapist would suggest a few strategies
Health Tips
avoid lifting, pulling, pushing heavy weights for the moment... make a physiotherapist appointment
