Possible sebaceous cyst
I had a white bump on my shoulder for over a year and recently it started itching, and the skin around it turned red and started swelling.
In an online consultation I was told that this is a sebaceous cyst which has become infected and prescribed phexin 500 and teczine for five days. Even though it is not growing anymore, it is tender and itches when I sweat. PFA pictures from today.

Cyst has redness around it. It is still infected. Get a physical evaluation done by a surgeon/ plastic surgeon .
