Possible sepsis
My girlfriend just had a molar tooth pulled yesterday. Today she has vomited three times, says she's cold, has a splitting headache. Is this possibly sepsis? She also took way too many aspirin, ibuprofen and Tylenol the day before getting her tooth pulled, could that be the problem?

Too much medication is never a good idea. Keep a gap of at least 6 hours between painkillers and never take more than recommended dosage. Antibiotics can also cause gastritis and vomiting. Avoid all medication. After 48 hours of extraction, she can do warm salt water gargles. Unlikely to be sepsis.
