Hello. First of all iron sucrose injections are not to be given intramuscularly or any part of Body. Iron sucrose injections are to be given,  say 200 mg + 100 ml of normal saline given intravenously over one hour in a few days depends upon the severity of the symptoms and degree of Anaemia. Kindly come to practo chat for your treatment part and counseling.
