Hi, D dimer is not related to cholesterol. Its test to identify blood clotting and if its elevated in covid 19 he needs anticoagulation. He can take non vegetarian meals. He can take his regular diet as usual. Do the inflammatory marker tests as advised by your doctor and have regular follow up.
