Post covid symptoms
I got isolated after having covid symptoms.now its 18th day ,i am having frequent chest pain and headaches since 7 days.i have dry cough, fatigue and upper back pain now. Please tell me what should i do ?

No worries dear😇..check SpO2 , do some chest exercises- I can send you some form of exercises through wats app, if you want to know ping me .and continue to have 1tab zinc tablet.. & 1cap Vit B complex for fatigue & for dry cough have 1glass of warm lemon water with honey regularly in the morning before having breakfast! AVOID SUGAR..
