Post Delivery 5 months_Periods
It's been 5 months post-delivery. Last week got a severe headache followed by light blood spotting. Thought going to get my period its been a week, When can I expect my 1st period now? Is it a symptom for period coming ? Kindly answer

If you are a breastfeeding mother then it may take a long time (up to 18-20 months) before you get your first period. During this time it is best to get a Copper T fitted because it may be impossible to know which is a safe period. As far as symptoms are concerned they don't signify the onset of periods. You can take symptomatic treatment.

If you are exclusive breastfeeding mother then it will definitely irregular cycles.. can't predict when it will start
