If there is a wound still present, you can apply megaheal ointment, if the wound has healed and you're having pain or discomfort during motions, you can apply Crema gel. In either cases, you must do sitz bath atleast 3-4 times a day, keep the area clean and also do sitz bath after every motion.
Next Steps
Do sitz bath atleast 3-4 times a day, keep the area clean and also do sitz bath after every motion. Increase fibre in diet Have adequate water If you're constipated or have to strain a lot, consider adding a laxative syrup before sleep in your schedule until the healing occurs.
