It's been 2 months that am married and am always feeling lonely. My partner wants his space to be untouched and he feels irritated whenever I ask him to spend time with me. He is saying that am irritating him with over affection. Am really depressed. Tried getting involved in multiple activities they didn't help between am a working woman

Please don’t label yourself as depressive. It is quiet different from that. This adjustment problems have roots in you only. There can be marriage counselling therapist which can give both of you good results for the timing. But real answer lies within you. We need to work upon your personality type and more details of your relationships. Finding your own self would do the long term relief to you.
