Post nasal drip.
Reason for long term post nasal drip. No swallowing problem. Sometimes nose feels a slight heavy. I do not smoke or drink. Problem started after exposure to cement dust when some drilling work was done in office. Local physician saw my throat and said it is due to reflux. How to know whether it is reflux or due to some nasal allergy. The irritation is mild in nature not disturbing sleep or anything. Please suggest.

Postnatal drip is always due to overactive sinus discharge, usually due to an inflammatory response, probably allergic inflammation. The Gastroesophageal Reflux could be an incidental comorbidity.
