Post pregnancy depression
Hello Doctor I have just become a mother, 4 months and 19 days ago. It was a c section. I have had a miscarriage two years back when my twins were 6 months. Since the time i came from hospital i got no one to help me except my husband. I have stayed whole night awake with my little one and with severe pain due to c section. I had pre gestational diabetes. And during pregnancy it was well under control. However now its high. Since the time i stepped in my house I have not got proper food. Actually first 15 days(my husband had parental leave) i had no problem. But after 15 days my husband joined office and i started doing things on my own. My mother in law wont help, neither my brother inlaw. They saw me suffer all nights but nomone helped. Infact during my pregnancy i was not able to eat properly. Now i am so.much depresse and irritated tht i cannot tolerate them. I simply get mad at everything.please help me. People are so selfish these days.
