Breastfeed your baby as much as possible
If periods do not return for 1 year due to breast feeding there is a high chance that these spots will regress
Pregnancy and breast feeding helps endometriosis spots to heal
Next Steps
Galact granules 2 spoons twice a day with milk
Tablet lactare 2 tablet three times a day for 15 days
Tablet Domperidone 1 tablet three times a day for 5 days
Endometriosis is a recurring problem, it hardly ever goes away completely. Sometimes surgery is done to relieve some spots of endometriosis which are causing excess pain or discomfort. This problem only goes away by menopause. Period pain and amount of endometriosis does not correlate in all cases. U will require pain relief or hormone Medicines for management of period related pain and flow etc. Can contact me directly for a plan that suits u best
