  4. Post pregnancy pain. I consult a doctor?

Hi, I had delivered a baby on 13th of March 2018 through vaginal delivery and undergone episiotomy. Though the wound has healed it still feels itchy most of the time and I have severe pain in my lower abdomen just above the pelvic area. It this normal or should I consult a doctor?

Consult to gynecologist because itching is not a big issue it happened use ointment there.Regarding pain in lower abdomen may be urinary tract infection or gastritis problem.
