Hi , I need a good counsellor because i went through a breakup it has been more than 2 months i am trying my level best to comeout from that state but i am not capable to manage anything day by day its becoming worse

Whenever break-up happen humans make themselves hurt or depress . In hurt we rumminate , consider ourselves as unloveable and find it is difficult to bear pain of hurt and feel sorry for ourself. Accept unfortunate thing ( breakup) happen and no matter how much you do rummination or feel hurt , breakup is not going to fix . You can learn something from this breakup , every breakup teach us something. Increase your tolerance towards feeling of hurt and accept that sometime it take time to deal with breakup.
