Hi , I need a good counsellor because i went through a breakup it has been more than 2 months i am trying my level best to comeout from that state but i am not capable to manage anything day by day its becoming worse

Whenever break-up happen humans make themselves hurt or depress  . In hurt  we rumminate , consider ourselves as unloveable and find it is difficult to bear pain of hurt and feel sorry for ourself. Accept unfortunate thing ( breakup) happen and no matter how much you do rummination or feel hurt  , breakup is not  going to fix . You can learn something from this breakup , every breakup teach us something. Increase your tolerance towards feeling of hurt  and accept that sometime it take time to deal with breakup. Take your time

Break up takes time to heal..try to understand why it's ok to be alone.ratherbthan being into something which is not meant for you.
