Posterior wall Intramural fibroid

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello Doctor, I am diagnosed with posterior wall Intramural fibroid 2.5x2.5 abutting the endometrium. I am trying for pregnancy. Will it cause any serious problems or need any treatment before planning for baby. Please advise
