Postpartum depression
My toddler is 16 months old. I don't sleep more than 4hrs a night from my 3rd trimester. Post delivery depression, fear, anxiety, thyroid started. Everything haunts me. I know i over react. Nothinggg is under my control now. Can someone help me please?

Yes. It seems to be PPD. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required. Homeopathic medicine is safe for you and your baby...if you are breastfeeding.

Hi Postpartum depression is common and it is caused by change in hormone levels. An effective treatment for postpartum depression is psychotherapy. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about your symptoms. Do not worry there is help available. Do seek professional help from a psychologist. Do not worry counselling sessions will help you feel better.
