Pragnancy related issue

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 10 week pragnant. Ten days before my TSH Level was 4.69. I repeated again after 10 days than my TSH Level is 2.88. Am i suffering from thyroid? Please advice. My baby will be ok and not?
