Prasavaraksha - when to start
Hi, Can any ayurvedic doctors here suggest after how many days of delivery can I go for prasavaraksha post pregnancy care for normal and C section delivery. A nearby clinic suggested 7 for normal and 14 for C. But I think it's too early. What's the ideal time frame?
