Pre diabetes symptoms
I am experiencing excessive thirst and frequency urination (every 30 to 45,min) i am very scared as these are prediabetic symptoms, i am not overweight and also not consume excess sugar( as sugar causes breakouts to me) so how is it possible to experience these symptoms

Diabetes doesn't happen just because you consume more sugar or are obese. There are a lot of factors including heredity. If your parents have diabetes, it can be an early onset diabetes. Get RBS done and also, Urine routine examination. Consult at your convenience for better management and apt guidance.

If a person gets a urinary tract infection during Summers he will get these symptoms. He will have extreme thirst and also go to pass urine frequently. Still no doctor will start giving him insulin without checking his blood sugar levels.
