You can do it in any registered hospital and if im your company only govt certificate is valide than it necessary do at govt hospital.

Premedical test are done to see if the employee is fit enough to do the respective job.Basic tests are included like haemogram,sugar n urine.Can be done in any hospital or else chech with your employer if they need any specific hospital as its govt related.
