Pre menopause
I am a 48 year old woman. My periods are normal since October 2024 but since November 2024 my periods have stopped. After 3 months on 28 feb 2025 my periods came again with very heavy bleeding. I had changed 10-12 pads in a day . Pls guide.

Delay in cycle is normal when you are reaching your menopause.Profuse bleeding is common when the periods are delayed but considering your age it has to be evaluated with scan and hormonal test
