Hello Team, We are planning for an family so just would like to know what are the foods my wife should avoid and what is the best times to have intercourse .. And she is having back pain during periods so is this ok to conceive or will it cause any trouble for us.. Thanks Sanjeev

Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once at bedtime once every night for three months

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 onwards every alternate day . Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown

Take plenty of water and fruits juice Take a boiled egg daily Avoid papaya and pineapple Avoid lifting weights and stress and dehydration and travel

Pain during menses is ok, shows she is having ovulatory cycles. Ovulation day -14th. Let her eat healthy
