Precautions and measure for healthy baby
I am 27 years old. Its been a year now that i got married. We r planning for a baby now. Iam over weight than what i should be. Iam 5.2" in height but weighing 70kgs due to the work environment which we have. But i have no issues with my monthly periods. Iam planning for a baby this month onwards. Would you suggest any preconceptional tablets for a healthy baby and also the food habits what needs to be avoided and What should i intake more. I heard that folic acid can be started when planning for a baby. If i have to take folic acid what quantity ( mg ) should i consume. I have no health issues, but my father and mother is having diabetes and bp.. will that affect me during pregnancy..
