From morning i am having sharp pain in my left side abdomen below ribs. is it common pain or anything to worry about .

If pain is consistent or recurrent. You need to consult for a whole abdomen scan to rule out the cause for it.
Generally it could be due to Gastritis. But needs to rule out other causes if recurrent
