My girlfriend missed her periods.. It has been 10 days since the due date.. We are afraid that she is pregnant.. If so can we go for abortion legally?? Is it legal for a 21 years old unmarried girl to do abortion in India?? Can we do it without parents concern??

Yes, before that confirm pregnancy by doing sonography... Till 7weeks preg can be terminated by medicine under the law
