I am in my 6th month of pregnancy and living in delhi where coronavirus cases are in exponential rise. My husband has to go to office daily. Plz tell me should I be taking any tablets or anything to boost my immune system. People suggested taking Vitamin C like Limcee once a day.is this dosage sufficient . Can It be taken during pregnancy. Also my family has started taking tulsi ark. Can I also take it in diluted form. Also what about giloy tablets. Plz suggest what precautions should I take during these times from corona virus.
