Can pregnancy happen when you are not fertile at that particular time and there is no intercourse just the rubbing of genitals ?

Yes chances are there if period is irregular.Rubbing also causes pregnancy because prejaculate fluid also contains sperms.If you have doubt do pregnancy test by blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.
