Pregnancy complications

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello, I am 23years old with the history of pcos. But my periods are always regular (26days cycle). My last periods date is 6jan 2018. I did a pregnancy test and it was positive. On monday I had an ultrasound. It showed only gestational sac of 9.1mm (4weeks 5 days). I according to date I was 6w 2 days pregnant. Is there any hope for me?
