Pregnancy Concern. The odds that she is?

Hello, On Saturday 03/04/2017; me and my partner had sexual intercourse for the first time. Both of the times we used protection (Condom). On the first time, neither of us had an orgasm and I did not ejaculate we stopped after a while because it became too painful for her. After a few hours we tried it again (using a condom), this time I did ejaculate. However; I ejaculated outside of her while still using the condom. I did the famous "Withdrawal" method while using a condom. Both my partner and I are a little bit afraid that she can be pregnant. While we know it's a very slim chance because we used protection. However; today she said that she has been going to the bathroom a lot (I know this is a symptom of pregnancy but this doesn't happen until 6-8 weeks of pregnancy). She is a I believe a day late on her period. But I am sure this can be caused because of stress thinking that she is pregnant. What are the odds that she is? Based on the protection we used.
