I had sex on 10th Feb and took ipill the very next day. Got one day bleeding on 1st March. Confused if I am pregnant? Or is there is any Chances of miscarriage?

Pregnancy is not possible If you have taken I pill within 72 hrs..... The one day spotting may be due to the pill, I mean it might be just an irregular period due to the pill.
