I am 26 weeks pregnant and my sugar,tsh,t4 all are normal but in cbc NLR is 4.5 and hameoglobin is 10.6 will this cause any risk to baby please let me know

With Hb 10.6, there might not be any risk to baby right now but as gestational age increases, hb falls . So, try to improve ur Hb levels to meet the fetal demands. Try to take iron rich foods and supplements.
