Asked for Female, 30 Years

I tested pregnancy on 3 days back and it was positive.... But yesterday night I was having severe headache and so I took Dolo 650mg and after that histac 150mg coz the gas was troubling me from my back and it created a back pain. M worried did this harmed my pregnancy????
