Smoking prevents concieving and it has complications in pregnancy like intrauterine growth restriction etc. Definately needs rehabilitation for quitting the smoking habit and change lifestyle and sleep pattern which inturn helps to change the pcod and thyroid profile

Smoking, thyroid, pcos all related with fertility issue due to hormonal imbalance.. After quitting smoking, try naturally for pregnancy for 6 month, and seek fertility treatment if no result, try to achieve weight as per your height, eat healthy food and maintain a good healthy life style
