I had sex with my partner during fertile period... So if im pregnant and detect on the early stage itself can i get an abortion pill from medical shop without doctor prescription?...or is it safe to take it under the observation of a gynecologist??... What are the side effects of abortion pill when it take within 2 weeks of pregnancy?

If you want to know about the legal position in our Country , you have to go to a Gynaecologist who will examine you and decide if you can take the abortion pill or not.

Abortion pills should not be taken self . If you become pregnant see a gynaecologist. A scan will be done to confirm pregnancy and pills are being given only if you are fir to take those . As pills can be harmful.

Yes you can take abortion pill yourself as it is over the counter drug and you don't need prescription..... But it's always safe to take medicine under supervision as sometimes heavy bleeding can occur and RPOC can be left.... So you need to be observed..... Very few side effects ...

Abortion is a legal process and you will not be able to manage in abortion PILL on your own without a doctor's prescription
Yes it is safe to take it under the observation of a gynecologist
You have to first get an ultrasound done to localise a pregnancy and to rule out an ectopic pregnancy

First of all pregnancy can only be detected after your periods are missed. abortion pills can only be prescribed by Gynaecologist. It is not safe to take without supervision as it can cause more bleeding
