My friend is late on period by 1week She took two home pregnancy tests one in the evening day before yesterday. And one yesterday morning. Both test showed negative results. First question why is she late, second how to know for sure she is not pregnant

Pregnancy, thyroid, stress certain medicine can delay your periods

Get a beta hcg done to be sure about doubts on pregnancy, if test is negative then the reason for delay could be due to Harmonal dysfunction caused by stress, or change of diet or physical activity.
