Quadruple screening is now advocated since u missed 11-13 weeks window
Screens are to give u confirmation on low risk about having defective pregnancy
So do it now
Don’t worry about missing time zone

You can go for 16 weeks Quadruple marker + Early Anatomy scan.
Combination of both will ultimately tells about what's are the chances of abnormal pregnancy inform of Trisomy 21 ~ Downs syndrom (Mainly) or any Neural tube defects.
It should be done before 20 weeks (19 weeks 6days) as anomalous pregnancy termination age is upto 19 weeks 6 days.
U can get quadruple marker testing instead. Please understand that it is a screening test, i.e. its a test which categorises your Pregnancy into high chance or low chance of downs syndrome or neural tube defects. It needs a detailed scan alongside to interpret properly. Scan is more important than these markers. U can consult directly for more information
