Generally, depending on the duration of pregnancy during pregnancy loss, there is quite an amount of blood loss during a miscarriage and the following period maybe delayed. Ideally wait for 2-3 months after a miscarriage. Continue to take folic acid during this time. You can do a urine pregnancy test on the day of missed periods, if positive you can do an online consultation with your doctor for next steps.
