Pregnancy positive
Hi My last period date is 24-03-2024,yesterday I had checked urine pregnancy test was positive in early morning, 10 am suddenly bleeding was started, i have consult gynecologist she  scaned but there was no sac seen and  bhcg test was done report shows 2279 till now bleeding is not stopped and no stomach pain is there any chance of miscarrige or ectopic or any chance to grow in uterus in following days please suggest any medication

After bhcg titers more than 1000 tvs should be able to pick up a gestational sac If not it could be ectopic pregnancy or incomplete abortion You can repeat bhcg titers after 48 hours
