Good morning Doctor. I am planning for a preconception... Can I have nestle baby and me during preconception for essential vitamins and minerals.. Also which one is best - Mama protinex or nestle baby and me???

You can take any of these.its ur choice which taste you like most.but start taking folic acid tablets.and take healthy diet.
