I m 27yrs old first time pregnancy first I see a doctor and she suggested ultrasound scan bt nothing wl see in the result I have irregular periods my last lmp august 15 then doctor suggest check beta hcg in blood I wl check beta hcg level in blood first day 448.9 and check it after 48hours then it wl be 482 what can I do

Hi ! U have said ur hcg was 448 on 1st day and 482 after 48hrs, it  means  that u r not pregnant, generally hcg level doubles every 3-4 days. If u have any doubts still, u can check in the diagnostic centre for confirmation. In the meanwhile  U already said u  have irregular periods,  so u needn not worry about that, wait for ur period for week more, if u r not, then consult gynaecologist near by and find out what are the issues that u might be having with ur periods. Get cleared that 1st and then try  for pregnancy again. Wish u goodj luck for a fruitful future.
